MKGC is a comprehensive annotation and visualization knowledgebase of molecules for gastric cancer (GC) by literature mining.
It contains:
- Diverse types of GC related genes, including protein-coding genes, microRNAs, lncRNAs, and circRNAs.
- About GC related 900 molecules were curated from 1009 publications.
MKGC provides a user-friendly interface to browse, search and download data of interest. We believe that this knowledgebase would become a valuable resource for gastric cancer research and therapy.
